Shipping and Return Policies
Living Mavens ships via the US Postal Service (USPS) with either First Class shipping or Priority Mail. USPS First Class shipping is available to packages under 13 ounces. For packages over 13 ounces, the order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are a flat fee of $5 within the United States. We do not ship outside the US at this time.
Living Mavens strives to ship all orders within 5 working days (excluding holidays and weekends). Please allow up to 3 days for order processing and the transit time depending upon your geographical location. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Back Order Policy
When any item is on back order at Living Mavens, you will be notified on the packing slip. If an item has not come in within a 2 month time frame, you will be notified that we have canceled the item and your account will be credited. You are always welcome to cancel the back order for a full refund.
We will accept the return of shipped merchandise if notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will issue credit to your account once we have received the item. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our end (i.e. wrong item) which in that case we will also cover the shipping charges. Damaged or Incorrect Product
Upon your request, Living Mavens will replace merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error. No material will be accepted or replaced without prior approval for the return. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. We may ask for a picture of the item to verify the problem.
Essential Oils Shipping and Returns
Essential Oils are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority shipping.
RETURNS: We do not take returns for unsealed/opened essential oils products. We cannot resell them once they are opened. We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the item if the essential oil item you received was broken or mishandled. We may ask for a picture of the item to verify the problem. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all other returns, unless the problem is on our end, then your item will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you.
